Minuses:Pump is not powerful enoughThere is no other way to fill it if something happens to the pumpYou never know when batteries will die on you. Does not look like it is puncture resistant.Pluses:Convenient for camping or guests for occasional use.
By next morning, mattress is essentially flat.Recently sent question to company website about this problem but as of now still have not heard back.Noticed at least one other reviewer had same problem. Up till you sleep on mattress for a couple of hours, it works as advertised and is at good price. However for some reason after time, the mattress begins to lose air. If this could be fixed or corrected, the rating would go to 4-5 stars. Otherwise prepare for uncomfortable night.
It's fast, easy and very convenient with it's own travel bag. I've owned this airbed for at least 5 years now and haven't had a single problem with it. I love the fact that it has it's own built in pump and the manual pump to achieve your own level of firmness is quite handy as well. I'm fixing to order another one. Highly recommend to family and friends.
I read and followed instructions carefully about keeping valves closed.2. 1. Bed needed to be refilled every two hours because of unknown leak. The hand pump required a lot of effort and energy.3. I would have returned it, but I was on the road and didn't have the time or resources to do so.
I had the hardest time looking for a self-inflating air mattress, but I'm very pleased with this purchase. It kept the air in tight and lasted the 2 nights I was camping. I only had to re-inflate a little the following evening, but overall it's a very comfortable and easy to use mattress. What more can you want.
